part of ITL's web presence. This aggregated information does not
include any personally identifying information.
Data collection: - Email
"From & Reply To" e-mail addresses used by customers
to contact ITL or is associated companies will not be disclosed
to any parties outwith the company, however may be used by us to
send advertising media related to the products amd services similar
to those concerned with the existing business. As a customer you
may request at anytime, to suspend the sending of such advertising

1355 236 057 informing us of your request.
Where justifyably and legally requested data may be disclosed in
the UK and/or abroad, strictly in accordance with the above-mentioned
purposes, and consequently processed, only in relation to the said
purpose by (but not limited to):
- our agents organisation
- factoring companies
- banks
- credit recovery companies
- credit insurance company
- business information companies
- professional and consultants
Information security:
We take reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorised
access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of
data.

The external sites linked to, from the ITL web sites are developed
by people over whom ITL exercises no control. These other sites may
